I am writing to you and your team to thank you for all the help and support you have afforded me throughtout my stay at Ventnor Farm.
My recent illness has made it necessary for me to try and sell my boat. Whether is sells or not, I want to confirm that I will most definately return to Ventnor Farm at the earliest opportunity, not because it is a beautifully kept marina, but because of your team who operate and maintain it.
In my opinion as a paying customer, I can say without any hesitation that I have never previously met such a caring and professional group of people, and it is that personal touch which is truly outstanding and makes it the very best place to be on the inland waterways. Your harbourmasters are a credit to your hands on leadership style, and I and all the other moorers I talk to feel the same.
The marina, as with all businesses, will inevitably suffer from a plethora of issues, arising from attempting to provide a smooth running of day to day operations. The important point I want to record is that the moorers are totally shielded from any such issues, which must be quite a challenge at times.
